Community Bridges

 Today our Red Badge Sam Storey spoke about Community Bridges. Currently serving on the Capitola City Council Sam has worked for many years for this local non profit  which over sees eight subordinate Non Profits, The largest of which is Meals On Wheels. These are Grant programs not entitlements and receive very limited State Funding and find themselves serving more and more elderly with sub poverty incomes with fewer and fewer resources.
